Shipping

We provide delivery options to all EU countries except Cyprus, we have partnership with UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD and several other currier companies to have the best shipping solution for you. Our delivery cost to European Union countries are usually between 5 and 15 EUR, but you will get exact calculation of delivery cost at check out as it depends on the quantity of your order and exact location of delivery. All orders over total amount of 50 EUR will be shipped for free.

Estimated time of delivery depends on your location, we ship only to EU countries. Ususal
lead time is 2-5 working days. Orders placed and paid before 14:00 will be shipped at same
day. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next working day.

If the ordered item is not on stock we are going to contact you by email and discuss
estimated lead time.

We are in contract with several international currier companies, you will be able to choose the preferred company according to your country. All our parters are offering door to door deliveries, it takes 2-5 working days.
We are alawys sending status update about your order, as soon as package is taken by currier, all updates will be sent to you by email directly from currier company. However if you need any further assistance, please contact us by email.

PAyment

Usualy cost of a package to the European Union is between 5 and 15 EUR. Exact delviery cost will be calcualted according to your shipping address and order at checkout.

For international buyers we have two payment options.

1. Paypal: You can use your own paypal account to pay for your order.

2. Online bankcard: Paying with your bank card is also safe and fast, we are working
according the safest regulations for online payments.

Claims and returns

If you have any issue with your order or delivery, please contact us immediately by email. We will need your order number and your name.
If you notice any damage or opened package at arrival, please place a claim at currier and ask for a report from them. Please le tus know immediately all information available about the delivery failure and we are going to investiage the problem and will offer you solution as soon as possible.
According to the regulations of online purchase you have 30 days to return item and ask for refund or replace. Refund and replace possible only in case of unused, unopened items. Return cost of delivery must be paid by the buyer.

Placing an order

All successful orders will be confirmed by email. All other changes in the status of the order will be sent also by email. The whole procedure is followed by emails step by step. You will also get an email notification if there is some unexpected delay int he delivery.
