We have partnership with UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD and several other currier companies to have the best shipping solution for you. Our delivery cost to European Union countries are usually between 5 and 15 EUR, but you will get exact calculation of delivery cost at checkout as it depends on the quantity of your order and exact location of delivery. All orders over total amount of 50 EUR will be shipped for free.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
If you have any issue with your order or delivery, please contact us immediately by email. We will need your order number and your name.
If you notice any damage or opened package at arrival, please place a claim at currier and ask for a report from them. Please le tus know immediately all information available about the delivery failure and we are going to investiage the problem and will offer you solution as soon as possible.
According to the regulations of online purchase you have 30 days to return item and ask for refund or replace. Refund and replace possible only in case of unused, unopened items. Return cost of delivery must be paid by the buyer.
